Professional Experience: Shamsher's diverse background spans medical science, hotel management, and community support. He has significant experience as a support worker and senior support worker in fields of behavioral concerns and mental health. Currently, Shamsher is the owner and manager of three successful hospitality businesses, demonstrating his ability to manage businesses and work with people.
Advocacy and Leadership: Shamsher is an expert in staff rostering, client advocacy, and ensuring clients' choices and control are prioritized. His experience in managing staff and implementing advocacy for clients ensures that their needs and preferences are always at the forefront.
Our Dedicated Team
Our team comprises nine staff members, including three enrolled nurses and one registered nurse, who are invaluable in making quick decisions about minor health issues, wound care, and client assessments. Despite not having current nursing registration, I, Jaswinder Brar, have over 10 years of work experience and extensive knowledge from my nursing and pharmacy studies. Our team also includes three experienced support workers, enabling us to handle multiple clients at any time, and we are in the process of hiring more staff.
We are equipped with all the required certificates and have completed most of the necessary courses for client care. Our registered nurses and other professionals design highly individualized care plans in collaboration with our clients, ensuring their active involvement in decision-making. This approach sets us apart from other providers, highlighting our commitment to client-centered care.

With our well-trained team, we make complex care manageable and effective. Our team of five nurses and care staff, equipped with complex care training and mental health expertise, is linked with allied health professionals, GPs, and equipment suppliers to make life easier for clients with complex needs.

Our community care services support participants in accessing the community. We assist with transportation, gardening, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and attending appointments. Our personal care services address all daily living needs, and we facilitate participation in recreational activities. By focusing on abilities rather than disabilities, we empower clients to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
